PURPOSE:To prevent stolen car washing done by other-than-card mamber by a system wherein time-counting for the fixed time period is started at the time when the card is inserted in the car washer. CONSTITUTION:When the discrimination, that a cancell plug is on or not, shown no, the set time is wet on a timer T and at the same time the cancell plug is on. The setting of the set time on the timer T and the entering of on-command of the cancell plug to be placed when the preliminary arrangements for car washing are ready, are preformed by a customer in order to accomplish the expencted car washing under condition that the timer T shows zero and the time-counting goes on from the time when the card is inserted in the car washer. On the other hand, even if car washing is cancelled at the time when the preliminary arrangements for car washing are ready for some reason or other and a next other-than-card member customer tries to steal car washing, the next customer can not set the set time on the timer T, because the time-counting is started at the time when the card is inserted in the car washer and the timer T is back to its starting state by being counted-up with the elapse of the fixed time period which is necessitated for the entering of the next car into the car washer. |
