PURPOSE:To automate a molding cycle completely by a method wherein in the molding cycle as regards heating of a mold, unidirectional heating, final heating and temperatures, coooling of a foam, the completions are detected respectively by the temperature of the mold, the pressure of steam, the surface pressure and temperature of the foam and the surface pressure of the foam to enter next process. CONSTITUTION:In a foam molding device of synthetic resin foaming agent wherein a pair of foaming molds for foaming agent is charged with foaming material to conduct an expansion molding by heating, a molding cycle is advanced by completion signals from a mold surface temperature detecting sensor 7, a steam pressure detecting sensor 8, foaming agent surface pressure and temperature detecting sensors 9, 10. In this method the molding cycle can be automated completely. |
