PURPOSE:To install two parts with an accurate interval between them, by making an arragement that one of the two parts which are overlapped each other, fixed with tightening parts, and can make relative displacement, supports a pin, and holes for pin are formed in the other, and then, the above mentioned pin is connected with the holes by means of tightening. CONSTITUTION:To a steering column 1, a bracket 21 is fixed toward the bottom of the car body and a clip 23 is fixed toward the top of the car body. An arc- shaped long hole 31 is installed in the clip 23 with a pin 22 at the center, and plural holes for pin 39 are installed along the long hole 31. Moreover, a bolt 34 is fixed to the steering column 1, and the bolt 34 is put through the long hole 31 and another clip 26. The end of the bolt 34 is screwed into a tightening parts 29. At one end of the inner surface of the tightening parts 29 a cam 37 is installed in such a way that, when the tightening parts 29 is tightened, a pin 33 is put through the pin hole 39 by the cam 37. In this way, the position adjustment of the steering column 1 can be performed accurately. |
