PURPOSE:Not only to remarkably reduce a variation of skin electric resistance of a living body, which is caused in the course of measurement, but also to measure the skin electric resistance easily and exactly, by making positive and negative equal square wave ACs flow to the living body, and measuring the DC resistance. CONSTITUTION:A pulse generator S is constituted of an astable multivibrator and a binary counter, has the first and second outputs, and when one output is positive, the other output is zero. One output Q of this pulse generator S is connected to a measuring terminal T1 through a resistance R1, and the other output Q' is connected to a measuring terminal T2 through a bridge consisting of a resistance R2 and diodes D1- D4. The measuring terminal T1 is connected to some part of a living body through an injection needle, etc., and also an electrode connected to the measuring terminal T2 contacts with other optional part of the living body.
