PURPOSE:To improve a yield created at a vacuum-depositing time and to simplify manufacture and management and reduce their costs, by a method wherein a plastic composite paper is used with a base material of a discharge recording material, and a protection layer, made of silicon resin, is used as a surface protecting layer. CONSTITUTION:Coating liquid, consisting of a coloring agent, a binder, and a matte-forming agent, is applied and dried on a plastic composite paper, such as polyethylene, polypropyrene to form a colored insulating layer. A metal vacuum- depositing diffused reflection layer is formed thereon with a metal, such as aluminium, zinc, which colors in white, and a resin solution, containing silicon resin, is further applied and dried to form a protection layer. |
