PURPOSE:To carry out stirring after a desired time and to prevent the pollution among bodies to be inspected, by moving block provided with a stirring element and nozzle on a reaction line and dispensing to a reaction tube and then, washing the stirring element after stirring. CONSTITUTION:The apparatus consists of an inspection body cassette part 1, a chemical reagent part 2, a washing vessel 3, a reaction line 4 and a moving block 5 etc. and the block 5 is provided with stirring element 11 and nozzles 12a, 12b. The block 5 is moved to the part 1 by driving a motor 10 and a sample to be inspected is absorbed to the nozzle 12b and a reagent is absorbed to the nozzle 12a at the part 2. Then, the block 5 is moved onto a reaction tube 4a and the sample reagent are dispensed. Stirring is carried out by the element 11 after a fixed time and hereafter, the element 11 is washed in the vessel 3. Hereby, stirring is carried out after desired time after dispensing and also, the contamination among the bodies to be inspected is prevented. |
