PURPOSE:To confirm output data, by providing a storage means, where data indicating the internal operation state is stored at a prescribed timing, and an output means, which outputs this stored data, in a one-chip microcomputer. CONSTITUTION:Data sent to a program counter 31 in a one-chip microcomputer 30 is sent to a shift register 32 also at a prescribed timing. Data is stored in the register 32 and is shifted bit by bit successively synchronously with shift pulse and is outputted serially to the external through an external terminal 33. Data outputted from the terminal 33 is stored in a monitor device 40 provided in the external of the microcomputer 30, and this data is monitored in monitor the program counter 31. |
