<p>PURPOSE:To make the cross-sectional shape of an elastomer product constant, by making the elastomer product to shape a free loop between an extruding outlet and a driving roller due to its own weight and maintaining the size of the loop within an allowable range by regulating rotation of the driving roller. CONSTITUTION:The driving roller 11 driven by an electric motor 10 is arranged oppositely to the rubber extruding outlet 4a of the die plate 4 at an extruding box 2, the rubber product 5 extruded from the rubber extruding outlet 4a is spanned to the roler 11 and a free loop 5' is shaped between them due to its own weight. The limit switches 18, 19 which detect the ascendance upper limit position Hi and the decendance lower limit position Lo of a dancer roller 16 in response to the kicking metal part 17 fixed to the lever 15 having a dancer roller 16 at its tip are installed. The rotation of the electric motor 10 is regulated detected signals of limt switches 18, 19.</p> |
