PURPOSE:To control an increase of the fuel feed during supercharging reliably and precisely in response to the supercharged air flow by providing an air passage so as to send the supercharged pressure in a supercharging passage into a float chamber of a carburetor in a suction passage. CONSTITUTION:A natural suction passage 12 feeds the mixed air into a cylinder 11 by utilizing the negative pressure in the cylinder 11 generated in accordance with a descent of a piston 14. A supercharging passage 13 forcibly feeds the air compressed by a supercharger 26 into the cylinder 11. By providing an air passage 37 to send the supercharged pressure into a float chamber 22 of a carburetor 19, the pressure in the float chamber 22 can be varied in accordance with an increase or a decrease of the supercharged air flow. Thereby, an increase of the fuel feed during supercharging can be controlled reliably and precisely in response to the supercharged air flow. |
