PURPOSE:To make it possible to perform measurement stably and not influenced by the concentration of a powder liquid by performing sampling intermittently and sample-holding the maximum or minimum value of varying outputs of infrared light and smoothening its results. CONSTITUTION:At preset time intervals, the sampling time and reset time are set, maximum value or minimum value of the output of infrared light quantity emitted from a powder liquid that varies at random is sample-held and the temperature of the powder liquid is measured from the value obtained by flattening the sample-held results.
