<p>PURPOSE:To form a base coat having a uniform thickness by forcing a photosensitive composition consisting of protein and a sensitizer to be oxidized in the presence of a gas contg. oxygen to provide high viscosity and stability in a short time and by coating the substrate of a color filter with the oxidized composition. CONSTITUTION:A photosensitive composition for a color filter consisting of protein and a sensitizer is forced to be oxidized with stirring in the presence of a gas contg. oxygen to provide high viscosity, and the substrate of the color filter is coated with the oxidized composition by spin coating, screen printing or other method. The formed color filter can be regulated to the desired viscosity in about 1-3hr from the beginning of the forced oxidation because the photosensitive protein soln. used as the material has been provided with high viscosity by the forced oxidation, and a coat having a uniform thickness can be obtd.</p> |
