PURPOSE:To prevent abnormal increase in pressure by means of a simple constitution in a closed type compressor whose closed casing is provided as a low pressure chamber, by disposing a pressure regulation valve which is opened when a pressure gets higher than a normal outlet pressure, in a discharge pipe which passes through the low pressure chamber. CONSTITUTION:Refrigerant which is sucked from a refrigerant system via a suction pipe 19 is fed into a cylinder head 20, compressed by a compressor 13 therein and discharged into the refrigerant system through a discharge pipe 23. A pressure regulation valve 24 is attached to the discharge pipe 23, releasing discharged gas into an internal space of a chamber to prevent the discharge pressure from being abnormally increased. Thus, there is no necessity for a conventional bypass circuit, thus reducing the number of parts and simplifying a piping system. |
