PURPOSE:To easily inspect and to clean the surface of a metallic mold, by supporting one end of a link by an upper bolster plate to which an upper metallic mold has been installed, connecting a cylinder to the other end, and slowly turning the upper bolster plate downward through the link by operation of the cylinder. CONSTITUTION:On both ends of a ram 33, an almost central part of the first link 48 is supported so as to be rotatable, also, in the center of both sides of an upper bolster plate 37, one end of the second link 50 is supported so as to be turnable, and its other end is connected to one end of the first link 48 so as to be turnable. Subsequently, on the upper part of the front of both supports 22, the head side of a cylinder 53 is supported, and to the lower end of its piston rod 53a, the other end of the second link 50 is connected. In this state, when the ram 33 is positioned at the upper dead point, the second link 50 is turned in the direction as indicated with an arrow Q as the upper bolster plate 37 is turned downward from the upper horizontal position, by which the piston rod 53a is pushed up. In this case, by operation of the cylinder 53, sudden turning of the upper bolster plate 37 is obstructed, and it is turned slowly. |
