PURPOSE:To eliminate the reflection of a microwave and to prevent an increase in size by equipping a coaxial cable for microwave consumption, made of a high resistance material, at the output end part of a coaxial cable for microwave propagation. CONSTITUTION:At the output end part of a coaxial cable 1 for microwave propagation, a coaxial cable 8 for microwave consumption using a high resistance body for a surface where a microwave comes into contact is equipped. The cable 8 is made of a metal of high resistance such as stainless steel, nickel chromium alloy, graphite, etc. In this case, a center conductor 10 need not be made of a high resistance material all the time, but an external conductor 11 should be made of a high resistance material because of radiation. Consequently, even when the input terminal of the cable 8 is formed at right angles to the propagation direction of a microwave, no reflection is caused and the device never increases in size. In addition, radiation efficiency is high. |
