<p>Disclosed is an ethylene copolymer composition suitable as a sealing material for hydrocarbon polymers such as polypropylenes and polystyrenes. Also disclosed is an ethylene copolymer composition which forms a sealing material having excellent sealing performance, low-temperature heat sealing performance and seal breakability for hydrocarbon polymers while exhibiting sufficient antifogging properties. Further disclosed is an easily breakable sealing material composed of such a copolymer composition. Specifically disclosed is an ethylene copolymer composition containing 40-98 parts by weight of an ethylene/unsaturated ester copolymer (A), 60-0 parts by weight of an elastomer (B), 30-0 parts by weight of a crystalline polyolefin (C) (the total amount of (B) and (C) is 2-60 parts by weight) and 0-30 parts by weight of a tackifier (D). In a preferable mode of such an ethylene copolymer composition, the content of unsaturated ester unit in the ethylene copolymer (A) is 3-30% by weight, and the melting point (T °C) and the content of unsaturated ester unit (X mol%) satisfy the following formula : -3.0X + 125 = T = -3.0X + 109.</p> |
