PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for an exclusive power for clamper removal, by providing a latch member for a clamp arm fitted freely rotatably to a base loading a disc playing means. CONSTITUTION:A clamp arm 63 is fitted with a guide 95 provided with a magnetic substance 94 at the tip and a guide pin 96 turning the clamp arm 63 counterclockwise, i.e., toward the closing direction. When a disc is loaded to the playing position, the guide pin is constituted that a clamper clamping a disc at the playing position and a disc drive means (turn table 100) holding the disc and turning it can be fitted or removed by coupling the guide pin with a latch member 97 of the slider. Thus, an exclusive power for clamper removal is not required and the construction is simple and the number of components is less. |
