摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain an one-way silicon steel plate having a high magnetic flux density through an extremely stable process, by adding a specified amount of Mo and B to the material during the course of manufacturing process of the titled steel plate, in which silicon steel material containing a prescribed amount of C, Si, etc., is hot rolled. CONSTITUTION:A cold rolled steel plate having a final product's thickness is obtained by repeatedly performing an annealing (with >=5 deg.C/sec cooling speed within 900-500 deg.C temperature range) and cold rolling, after a silicon steel materal containing >=0.06% C, 2-4% Si, 0.005-0.2% Sb, and >=0.1% Se or/and S, has hot rolled. The titled silicon steel plate is obtained in a stable process in comparison with conventional method, by adding 0.003-0.1% Mo and 0.0005-0.003% B to said blank, in the manufacturing process of the titled steel plate which is composed of the primary recrystallization annealing that serves as decarburization and final finishing annealing, in wich the secondary recrystallized grains are developed along (110) <001> direction.
