<p>PURPOSE:To inform the generation of a failure to the user and to allow the user to judge the stop or continuity of operation, by supplying a signal from a detection circuit to a CPU and driving an alarm device with a signal from the CPU. CONSTITUTION:If overheating takes place in this device, a detection circuit 41 detects it, a detection signal is supplied to a CPU11 via an interface circuit 42 and the like, and the CPU11 executes the program for overheating detection. This operation program is written in an ROM12 together with the program of other function operations of VTR. Thus, if the overheating takes place, the circuit 41 detects it and when this overheating is kept for a prescribed time, a buzzer 46 is rung. With this state, when the user performs key operation of buzzer-off in an input key device 37, the buzzer 46 only is turned off, and if the user performs stop key operation or unless the key operation of buzzer-off is performed for a prescribed time or more, the device is stopped.</p> |
