PURPOSE:To make the size small to save power consumption, and to generate many kinds of pleasant ringer tones, by generating different ringer tones according to instructions given from a main device, in a telephone set of an electronic key telephone system. CONSTITUTION:When a main trunk incoming tone generating instruction is transmitted from a main device to a telephone set via a control line, it is received at a control circuit CTL of the telephone set, analyzed and starts a program for main trunk incoming tone generation to be incorporated and the started program transmits an output at output terminals P1 and P2 in a period designated. Since this period is dependent on the program, it can generate different ringer tones. |
