PURPOSE:To obtain a twist resistant and regidity resistant leaf spring fully utilizing the properties of a leaf spring of F.R.P. make by improving laminated structure of the leaf spring of F.R.P. make. CONSTITUTION:UDPP layers 4, 4 made of carbon fiber in an inner layer bear mostly the whole load and generate a strong spring constant, while carbon cross layers 3, 3 which are inner layers of these carbon fibrinous UDPP layers 4, 4 bear shares mainly in twisting power and efficiently disperse stress accross the direction of width of UDPP (uni direction prepreg) layers 4, 4 which are made of upper side carbon fiber. And UDPP layer 2 made of glass fiber placed in the center partly bears its share in the main load. |
