INNOVATING METHOD OF DEVELOPING PROCESS USING 6 SIGMA METHOD

A method for innovating a development process through 6-sigma methodology is provided to remarkably improve a process quality and offer a product/service satisfying a customer by utilizing 6-sigma to complete establishment of various systems/processes in a project development process. An IFSS(Innovation For Six Sigma) management server receives information for a project structure, and entire planning and performing procedure from a project manager through a development interface(S100). The server receives the information for customer requirement from the development interface(S200). The server receives the information for a project patterning functional requirement defined in a previous process from the development interface as a system function to be developed(S300). The server receives the information for technical specification designed to implement the customer requirement as a system from the development interface(S400). The server receives a code developed by the design specification according to the customer requirement from the development interface(S500).
