A slide having a linear movement guiding apparatus is provided to remarkably reduce the manufacturing cost by forming the linear movement guiding apparatus of a plastic or a resin and inserting a reinforcing member of a metal into a load orbit section. A slide includes a fixed rail(100) and a linear movement guiding apparatus(200). The linear movement guiding apparatus includes a first plate(210), a second plate(220), reinforcing members(285), and a plurality of balls(270). The first and second plates have reinforcing member insertion sections respectively and form portions of endless orbit sections respectively. The reinforcing members are inserted into the reinforcing member insertion sections of the first and second plates. The balls roll in the endless orbit section formed by the first and second plates. |
