PURPOSE:To permit manual speed change control even in failures of an automatic control by providing a manual control switch for generating operating signals to the automatic control with manual control. CONSTITUTION:When a shift lever 53 is slanted in any failures of a control 55 and then an accelerator pedal is depressed to close an accelerator switch 60 after the shift lever 53 is shifted to 1' shift position, a first manual control switch (shift switch 54), a first clutch valve 24 and a 1-3 shift valve 38 are interconnected to each other by ON operation of a second manual control switch 61 to operate a first clutch cylinder 21 so that automatic start is carried out by engagement of a first clutch 4. Thereafter, when the shift lever 53 is shifted from 1' to 3' shift position after the accelerator pedal is released to close the accelerator switch 40, the 1-3 shift valve 38 is magnetized to carry out speed change from the first speed to the third one. |
