PURPOSE:To improve the lubrication performance and the abrasion-withstandability by forming the wire member of a bearing alloy spirally to contact each other thereby eliminating the working of an oil groove. CONSTITUTION:One end of the wire member 30 of a bearing alloy is pressure inserted through a small hole 16 made in the shaft 12, then while applying the tension on the wire member 30 it is wound spirally around the outer circumferential face of the shaft 12 such that the wire members are contacted each other while the other end is pressure is inserted through the small hole 16. Consequently a spiral oil groove 15 constructed with the continuous gap is formed by the wire member 30, and since the lubrication oil is led uniformly onto the bearing face through said oil groove 15, the oil film of good characteristic can be formed. |
