PURPOSE:To shorten the time constant which is for attaining to steady state by receiving reaction fluid from a feeding device in a tank, and then feeding it to a fuel cell body through a valve which is to control the feeding molar flow of the reaction fluid. CONSTITUTION:A positive electrode 2 to feed oxygen and a negative electrode 3 to feed hydrogen are provided through a phosphoric acid electrolyte 1 to form a fuel cell, and power is obtained through a converter 27. Fuel delivered from a storage tank 6 is received into a tank or accumulator 28 through a modifying process and a controlling valve 15, and then conducted to the negative side 3 of the fuel cell 5 through a controlling valve 30 to control the molar flow of the reaction fluid. Thus the response of the controlling valve 15 is mildened relative to the rapid control of the molar flow controlling valve 30 which responds to the prescribed electric power of the battery 5, and the retarded response to the molar flow set of the reaction fluid feeding system is compensated. |
