PURPOSE:To perform easy and sure selection of lead-in and lead-out operations with a simple constitution, by providing a coupling section for lead-out and a latch lever for lead-in for a driving member of a tone arm. CONSTITUTION:A driving member 10 making reciprocating operation for lead- in/lead-out operation of a tone arm is provided with a latch section 14 for lead- out and a latch lever 18 for lead-in, and provided as well with an operation selecting lever 18 shifting according to the position of the tone arm. When the tone arm is at rest position, a tone arm lever 80 and the latch 14 are detached and the lead-in operation is made by contacting a lead-in use latch with the tone arm at the reciprocation of the member 10. When the tone arm is at the playing end position, the lead-out latch 14 is made to contact with the tone arm at the reciprocation of the driving member 10, allowing to lead-out operation. |
