The bursting of glass used in the display device of a boiler twice in one week, almost leading to fatalities, prompted the invention of a better water level display system and/or regulation of the water fed to the boiler. The object of the invention is therefore to achieve a boiler and reactor water level display system and a limitation system which are perfectly safe, an object which has not yet been achieved for mechanical, electrical or electronic regulating devices, firstly because of dependence on an external force and secondly because of human error. The solution is provided by the use of the natural elasticity of tube spring steel, i.e. a weighing boiler seated on a tube spring, which weighing boiler acts as an indicator and operates with a powerful direct triggering force, leading to the direct actuation, with 100% reliability, of all signals and regulating processes until the combustion apparatus, driving motor, pump and reactor have been shut down under their own steam. For the reliable actuation of very heavy slides (even in the case of baked stuffing boxes), holding devices with drop weights of unlimited kinetic energy are triggered by means of an indicator device which does not have a single screw.
