PURPOSE:To extend the life with effective utilization of ink impregnated inside to the deep layer by enabling even heating of an ink roll provided on the circumference of a heat generating body. CONSTITUTION:A heat generating body 11 generates heat with energization to heat an ink roll 12 from inside upto a fixed temperature to such an extent that a heat sensitive ink impregnated is not melted completely while won't attach to a recording when it contacts light the ink. The entire ink roll 12 is evenly preheated and the viscosity of the ink is lowered enough to cause a capillary. The ink on the surface of the ink roll 12 is transferred onto a recording paper and ink is replenished from inside by capillary onto the surface of the ink roll 12 from which ink is consumed. |
