PURPOSE:To improve the stability of a colored image obtained by a heat sensitive recoding to a plasitcizer by adding to a heat sensitive layer of a heat sensitive recording medium aromatic polysulfone resin. CONSTITUTION:After a system containing colorless or pale coloring substance such as leuco compound and a system containing acidic substance such as phenolic substance are individually pulverized in an aqueous medium containing a binder, they are mixed, thereby obtaining a heat sensitive composition paint. In this case, aromatic polysulfone resin represented by the formula, where n is an integer 50-80, is mixed with any of the system of the acidic substance or coloring substance. The quantity of the mixture is 5-80% by weight basing on the acidic substance. The paint thus obtained is coated on or impregnated into in the base of wood free paper or the like, and is dried, thereby obtaining a heat sensitive recording medium. |
