The invention relates to a punch-ball which can be used as a training and keep-fit apparatus. The object of the invention is to eliminate disadvantages of known punch-balls and to provide, at each height of the ball, keep-fit and training effects which are identical or can be changed at a specific ball height. This is achieved by arranging a variator above the helical spring fixed to the foot. By twisting the variator and then clamping, a certain number of coils of the helical spring are locked.
