发明名称 Roller blind composed of plastic hollow-profile bars
摘要 The invention takes, as its departure point, a roller blind composed of plastic hollow-profile bars having a longitudinally running receiving chamber on the lower border and a longitudinally running hook strip on the upper border. The receiving chamber has a transverse, upper termination wall, a short and a long base flange with a shaped reinforcing portion, and, between the shaped reinforcing portions, an introduction slot for the hook strip of the respectively adjoining plastic hollow-profile bar. The introduced hook strip can be supported on a long base flange by means of a downwardly bent supporting flange. The receiving chamber has, on the upper side, a latching flange receiving means to which there is connected a connection profile piece which is guided towards the outer wall of the plastic hollow-profile bar and has a receiving means for a fitting piece of the hook strip. The connection profile piece runs, at least in some regions, obliquely downwards. It terminates in the region of the short base flange on the outer wall. An essentially vertical intermediate wall forms the delimitation of the latching flange receiving means, and the supporting flange of the hook strip is guided on this intermediate wall. The connection profile piece is designed as an angle profile with upper flat angle leg and lower, essentially vertical angle leg. The upper angle leg is connected to the upper termination wall of the receiving chamber, and the lower angle leg is connected directly to the short base flange. The hook strip is shaped, by means of its back, in a complementary manner to the angle profile and is guided between lower angle leg and intermediate wall. The plastic profile bars of a roller blind of this type can be very precisely calibrated in a simple manner and also do not undergo disruptive deformations owing to frozen-in internal strains, which are compensated for subsequently. The receiving chamber is distinguished by a special stability, and the hook strip is guided in the receiving chamber in a functionally reliable manner. <IMAGE>
