PURPOSE:To easily regulate the flapping angle of a flat plate for holding an output mirror by regulating the plate having the mirror at a point as a fulcrum and at the other two points by a tapered rod and a steel sphere. CONSTITUTION:An output mirror 6 is provided at a center of a flat plate 5, and a spring 8 provided on the outer periphery of a rod material 7 presses the plate 5 toward a flange 1 for a laser tube. The plate 5 is supported at a point C as a fulcrum, and can be moved toward an optical axis by a tapered rod 3 and a steel sphere 4 at points X, Y. That is, the angle of X-axis can be regulated by adjusting the part of X-point, and the angle of Y-axis can be regulated by adjusting the part of Y-point. Thus, a fine movement is executed toward the laser optical axis by the taper of the rod 3 and a feed screw, thereby regulating the flapping angle accurately. |
