A battery pack is provided to prevent a deterioration thereof even without using a separate device by radiating heat generated from the unit cell during a charging and discharging step through a thermally conductive case, and thus ensure safety thereof. A battery pack for a medium-size device comprises a pack case having at least two unit cells(200) within. A pack case portion out of contact with the device is formed of a material having relatively high thermal conductivity. A pack case portion in contact with the device is made of a material having a thermal conduction rate of 1 W/m.k or less, and the pack case portion out of contact with the device is made of a material having a thermal conduction rate of 25 W/m.k or more.
