PURPOSE:To improve accuracy of indexing, by respectively fixing indexing gears partially as a fixed indexing gear to a main unit and as an axially peripheral fixed indexing gear to a table spindle then press contact holding the indexing gears to each other. CONSTITUTION:A ring plate 12, stopper disc 16 and ring gear 18 are simultaneously lifted by an operating cylinder 13. A driving pin 23 is engaged to a pin receiver hole 21 of a driving plate 20, and the driving plate 20 is stopped to the ring gear 18, simultaneously, inner and outer indexing gears 9, 8 are disengaged from the first and second moving indexing gears 11, 10. A rack 19 is moved to perform indexing. After the indexing is finished, the operating cylinder 13 is operated to lower the ring gear 18 and the ring plate 12. In this way, high accurate indexing can be performed, and a sliding part, provided in a conventional device, can be removed, then deterioration of accuracy due to wear of the sliding part can be prevented. |
