PURPOSE:To tightly fit a head to a holder, by removably mounting the head, provided with a cutting edge, to the holder sumultaneously forming protrusively provided shaft parts in the head to conical trapezoidal shape and fitting holes in the holder also to conical trapezoidal shape. CONSTITUTION:A head 1 and holder 2 are separately formed, and the head 1 is removably mounted to the holder 2 by a fixing screw 11 screwed to a screw hole 10. A large contoured shaft part 4 and small contoured shaft part 5 are protrusively provided in two stages to a rear end side of the head 1, and the large contoured shaft part 4 is formed to conical trapezoidal shape. A large contoured fitting hole 6 and small contoured fitting hole 7 are formed in two stages to an end side of the holder 2. An internal peripheral surface of the large contoured fitting hole 6 is formed to conical trapezoidal shape closely attached to the large contoured shaft part 4, and cores of the head and the holder are aligned, then removal can be correctly and promptly performed. |
