PURPOSE:To easily perform a press welding of copying a belt, by providing an elastic copying plate at a face-to-face position to a work curved surface through the sanding belt, securing both ends of the elastic copying plate to relatively movable rotary units and forming the desired curved surface through rotary motion and movement of the rotary units. CONSTITUTION:a device is constituted in such a manner that both ends of an elastic copying plate 65 are secured to rotary rolls 37, 47, and the rolls can be moved longitudinally by rotation of handles 33 and 45 while vertically by rotation of a handle 33 and screw rod 43. when the device is operated, a curved surface, aligned to a wave-like curved surface Y of a work X, is formed to the elastic copying plate 65 by rotation and vertical movement of the rotary rolls 37, 47. Then internal surfaces of a sanding belt 19 is pressed by the elastic copying plate 65. In this way, cutting work of a forming pad can be eliminated, and a desired curved surface can be easily formed to perform a press welding of copying the sanding belt 19. |
