PURPOSE:To have a safe drive by furnishing an abnormality sensing means in the pickup line, processing circuit, etc. for signals to be used for judgement of speed change and arranging so that the automatic speed changer can be set at a certain position when any abnormality is sensed off. CONSTITUTION:This automatic speed-change control device is composed of a car speed sensor 31, an F/V converter 32, a throttle opening sensor circuit 33, an abnormality sensing circuit 40, a reset circuit 41 and a speed-change control device 42, and controls the positioning in speed change of the automatic speed changer 45. The abnormality sensing circuit 40 is provided with a comparator IC 2, to which the car speed signal VA given through the F/V converter 32 and the voltage at a capacitor C 10 receiving constant voltage VS2 are fed in, to turn on the transistor Tr8 when the car speed is not normal. At the time of the Rr8 being turned on, the speed-change control device 42 controls the automatic speed changer 45 so as to set the normal position at a certain position, for example the second position. The reser circuit 41 gives the abnormality sensing circuit 40 an order about release of abnormality sensing when the abnormality is eliminated. |
