Vehicle's hydraulic brake installation for controlling wheel slippage has valves for building up and lowering brake pressure

Valves (6,7) for building up and lowering brake pressure modulate wheel brake pressure in wheel brake cylinders (WBC) (3) linked to the valves. A hydraulic pump (4) has a hydraulic accumulator (HA) (12) on its induction side for temporary storage of brake fluid from the WBC during control of wheel slippage. The HA links to a main brake cylinder (1) through a non-return valve (19). An independent claim is also included for a hydraulic block for a hydraulic vehicle brake installation with wheel slippage control.
