<p>PURPOSE:To improve mulling efficiency by mulling and ejecting refractory particles, a hardener and a binder while supplying these respectively through separate supply ports. CONSTITUTION:A titled molding device consisting of a main tank 4 for pneumatic transporting of the refractory particles to be charged, a booster 5, a blast hose 6 and an ejection gun 7 provided in the leading end part of the hose 6. Said booster 5 contains a nozzle opening in the direction tangential to the circumferential wall of the inside surface provided in the lower position of the tank 4. The leading end part of the hose 6 has a hardening material injection nozzle 9 provided with a turbulent plate 8, and a binder injection nozzle 12 provided with a turbulent plate 11. A mulling mechanism 10 is provided to the gun 7.</p> |
