<p>PURPOSE:To make omission of a core from supporting metal fittings to nil and to contrive to enhance fixing work of the supporting metal fittings of a current transformer by a method wherein the second insulating layer consisting of a thermally contractive insulating resin member is provided on a part of the first insulating layer, and the supporting metal fittings are fixed being unified in one body between both the layers thereof. CONSTITUTION:The first insulating layer 6 consisting of the thermally contractive insulating member is provided on the loop type core 2 wound around with the secondary winding 5, the second insulating layer 7 consisting of the thermally contractive insulating member is provided on the outside thereof, and the supporting metal fittings 9 are fixed between the first and the second insulating layers 6, 7 interposing a packing 8 between them. To fix the supporting metal fittings 9, the first thermally contractive insulating tape is wound around between the inside and the outside of the loop type core 2, and after the second thermally contractive insulating tape is wound around in condition that the supporting metal fittings 9 are made to come in contact with the outside of a part thereof interposing the packing 8 between them, the heat treatment is performed to enable to fix the supporting metal fittings 9 being unified in one body between the first and the second layers 6, 7.</p> |
