<p>#CMT# #/CMT# The structure has independent lower and upper panels (11, 12) displaced between opening and closing positions and articulated on a body shell of a vehicle. The panels are displaced simultaneously and independently between the two positions using units that activate and synchronize tilting of the panels along a circular path so that lower edges of the panels are arranged over each other in the opening position. #CMT# : #/CMT# The activation and the synchronization units are constituted of locks of the panels, an electronic case, a control unit for controlling unlocking of the lock of the upper panel, a control unit for controlling simultaneous unlocking of the locks, a remote control, an angular sensor (26) and a lower panel driving system (27). An independent claim is also included for a motor vehicle having a tailgate structure. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Used in a rear casement that is arranged at the rear of a body shell of a motor vehicle (claimed) for accessing a rear part of a cab interior of the vehicle for loading large objects. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The panels are operated independently in order to facilitate access to the loading space inside the motor vehicle without causing danger to the fingers of the user while manipulating the panels.
