The call connection server receives mobile communication terminal numbers of a caller and a receiver from a web DB(Datebase), which stores the mobile communication terminal numbers of the caller and the receiver, separately attempts calls to the mobile communication terminals of the caller and the receiver if the caller has wired or wireless Internet access through a PC(Personal Computer)(3) or the mobile communication terminal and clicks a receiver secret connection button on the web, connects the mobile communication terminals of the caller and the receiver each other, and performs charging for a completed call if the call is completed.
