PURPOSE:To eliminate the unbalance of the magnetomotive forces of the respective phases of single-layer winding 3-phase armature coils in which the number of slots per one pole and one phase is given by a specific relation formula by partly replacing the coils of two phases arranged equally and containing the coils in the slots. CONSTITUTION:When single-layer winding 3-phase armature coils in which the number g of slots per one pole and one phase is represented by A+B/C, where A represents 0 or positive integer, and B, C represent positive integers being prime from each other are contained in slots, at least one coil sides 51, 52 of the coils of U and V phases having equal coil arrays are replaced from each other and are contained in the slots. Further, the number of turns of the coils having the coil sides 51, 52 thus replaced is reduced smaller than that of the same phase coil, and the number of turns of the coil of the W phase is set differently from those of the U and V phases. In this manner, the resultant vectors of the magnetomotive forces of the respective phases can be balanced. |
