发明名称 MANUFACTURE OF FLUORESCENT LAMP
摘要 PURPOSE:To increase the adhesion between parts of a phosphor paint film and a glass tube which are near a filament by heating a part of the glass tube near the filament to a preferred temperature of 450-650 deg.C during the sealing process in which a mount is fused. CONSTITUTION:A part of a rotating glass tube 1, which is near a filament 6 and has a width of about 10-30mm., is heated to a temperatue of 600-650 deg.C from the outer circumference of the tube 1 by use of a burner 5. A member 3 is a supporting tool for a mount 2, and a member 4 is a burner used for fusing the mount 2. In a fluorescent lamp of 60W which is made through the above mentioned treatment, the adhesive strength of the heat part of a phosphor film surface near the filament 6 is remarkably higher compared with the other part of the phosphor film surface, and the appearance of the phosphor film surface is not deteriorated entirely even in the examination in which the filament 6 is made in contact with the film surface by shocks.
