PURPOSE:To prevent generation of puncture with a simple press by using a single plate and a cutout piece containing continuous foams for the plate material constructing a cabinet and exhausting gas generated inside the phate materials at the hardening of adherent in case of molding through the continuous foams of the cutout piece. CONSTITUTION:A venner 1 and a cutout piece 2 containing continuous foams are adhered with adherent and dried out to prepare a plate material 3. Plural plate materials 3 are combined so that the grain 7 parts of style strips of the single plate 1 are arranged alternately and the 1st and 2nd auxiliary plates 5, 6 are superposed on the back of the plate materials 3. The plates combined by the said procedure is previously adhered and then pressed while being heated (press molding) in a desired mold before adherent applied between the plate materials 3, between the plate material 3 and the auxiliary plate 5 and between the auxiliary plates 5 and 6 is dried out to bend the combined plates in a prescribed shape. Consequently, gas generated inside the plate materials at the molding is exhausted through the continuous foams contained in the cutout piece, preventing the plate materials from the generation of puncture by the press work using a simple press. |
