PURPOSE:To obtain any output signal corresponding to an input signal even when there is no input signal by adding a signal storage circuit that stores control voltage of a voltage controlling oscillator to a phase synchronizing oscillator. CONSTITUTION:An phase comparator 1 compares the phases of an input signal and output signal of a voltage controlling oscillator 3 with each other, and the output is inputted to an adder 6 through a loop filter 2. The adder 6 adds signals from a signal storage circuit 5 that stores input controlling voltage of the oscillator 3 and signals from the filter 2, and controls the oscillator 3 by the output. When these are input signals and in a state of phase synchronization, input controlling voltage of the oscillator 3 is stored in the circuit 5 at optional timing. When there is no input signal, output signals corresponding to input signals at any timing can be obtained by giving voltage value stored in the circuit 5 to the oscillator 3 through the adder 6. Even when input signals are intermittent, continuous signal output can be obtained. |
