PURPOSE:To enable integration with simple circuit configuration by injecting base current from a transistor for injection having fixed base potential to a multicollector type output transistor and dividing, collecting and connecting their collectors. CONSTITUTION:The emitter of a transistor for injection TRQ1 is connected to a + power source through a current source for injection I and the base is connected to - power source, and the collector of TRQ1 is connected to the base of a multicollector type output TRQ2. TRQ2 is provided with N+1 (N=SIGMA2<n>, n=0, 1, 2...) pieces of collectors, and one collector is connected to the base and the emitter is connected to the power source. N pieces of collectors of YRQ2 are divided successively into 1, 2, 4... and divided 2, 4 pieces of collectors are collected and connected. Current I1, I2, I3... having weight of binary number 1, 2, 4... which correspond to the number of divided collectors are obtained from the end of divided and collected 1, 2, 4... pieces of collectors. |
