PURPOSE:To eliminate thermal influence of components of a power source apparatus and to reduce the size of the apparatus by forming a circuit board in a flat plate shape having a hollow portion and mounting components of a high frequency generator on the circuit board in such a manner that the components which have large temperature rise are isolated from each other. CONSTITUTION:A circuit board 10 of a printed board has a hollow portion 11, is formed in a flat plate shape, and is composed of two circular-arc-shaped material plates 10a, 10b. Components of a high frequency generator which has semiconductor switching elements are mounted on the board 10. Since the semiconductor switching elements 12, 12, an output transformer 13 and an inductor 14 for maintaining an input current constant of the components have large temperature rise higher than the other components, they are isolated from each other and are, for example, arranged at an equal interval. The other components 15, 15... are arranged to be interposed among the components having large temperature rise. |
