The block has boxes or frames inserted into a cavity of a drive underground, where the boxes or frames are formed as a transportable container (10). The inner space of the container accommodates a drive for a plate unit (20) and a blocking unit component that is provided below the underground in an opening position of the block. The partial volume of the inner space is provided for accommodation of excavated material generated during insertion into the cavity. Access openings for maintenance and repair purposes are provided in side walls of the container.
