A hot air circulation drying system for drying agricultural and marine products by uniformly dispensing and circulating hot air using a heater in front of a blast fan and a damper in the rear of a drying room to control the air inflow direction is provided to enable uniform drying of the agricultural and marine products and shortens the drying time. A hot air circulation drying system for agricultural and marine products consists of: a hot air generating device for heating air supplied from a blower(8) by a heater(10) to dry agricultural and marine products loaded inside a drying room(1); a hot air supply device for uniformly supplying hot air to the interior of the drying room by a distribution damper(3) mounted at the side wall of the drying room; and a temperature and humidity control device for controlling the internal temperature and humidity of the drying room to maintain the drying room at the temperature best suited for drying by detecting the internal temperature and humidity of the drying room. The hot air generating device contains a suction duct(5), a supply air duct(7), a circulating passage(13a), the blower and heater. |
